1, Requirement Review

2, Case Structure Development
Our team evaluates the product shape, accessories, use environment and protection requirements before recommending the case size, shell structure and internal layout.
3, Material and Insert Selection
We help select suitable exterior fabrics, EVA thickness, lining materials, molded inserts, zippers, handles, logo methods and packaging options.
4, Sample Development and Approval
A sample is produced for checking product fit, appearance, materials, functionality, workmanship and branding. Revisions can be made before final approval.
5, Mass Production
After the sample and specifications are approved, materials are prepared and production begins through lamination, cutting, molding, sewing, assembly and finishing.
6, Quality Inspection and Delivery
Dimensions, appearance, workmanship, product fit, zippers, handles, logos and packaging are inspected before the finished cases are prepared for shipment.
Quality Control Throughout Production
Quality control is carried out at key stages rather than only after production is completed. Inspection requirements are defined according to the case design, product application and customer specifications.
