1, Share Your Requirements

We’ll work with you on key details such as product application, dimensions, materials, colors, logo options, packaging, and any specific customization you have in mind. 2, Start Designing

Whether you already have a product design, a basic concept, or just an idea, we’re here to support you at every step.
You’re welcome to share your design files, sketches, reference samples, or any creative direction you have in mind. If you don’t have a design yet, no problem — our experienced team will help develop it with you.

To ensure we are aligned on your vision, we will provide drawings or prototypes for your approval before moving forward.
During the process, we’ll also recommend suitable materials for the exterior and interior, select the right foam inserts and accessories, and guide you through logo customization options.

With our extensive material selection and design expertise, we’ll help bring your custom EVA case to life — perfectly tailored to your product and brand.

3, Get Your Custom Quote

Once we receive your initial design details, our team will prepare a personalized quote tailored to your specific requirements and budget. We’ll ensure that our pricing aligns with your product expectations and overall packaging goals, providing you with a clear and competitive offer — with no surprises.

4, Sample Development

Typically, sample development requires 5 to 10 working days when existing tooling is available. If new tooling is needed for your custom design, please allow an additional 5 days for tooling preparation.
Before starting any new tooling, we will provide a 3D design file for your review and approval, ensuring that every detail of the case meets your exact specifications before moving into production.

5, Golden Sample

Once you approve the golden sample for mass production, our quality assurance (QA) team performs a comprehensive evaluation — including fit, functionality, durability, and overall appearance.

This critical step ensures that all aspects of the design and performance meet your expectations. It also provides the opportunity for any final adjustments before we proceed to full-scale mass production, guaranteeing a smooth and high-quality manufacturing process.

6, Mass Production

We follow an efficient and well-structured mass production process, covering every stage from material lamination and cutting to thermoforming, stitching, assembly, and final trimming. Each step is performed by skilled technicians to ensure consistent quality and precision throughout the production of your custom EVA cases.

Once your sample is approved, standard mass production typically takes 15 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of your project, material availability, and your specific delivery timeline. Our team will keep you updated at every stage to ensure a smooth and on-time production process.

7, Thorough Quality Control: 100% Inspection

Every custom EVA case goes through a thorough, 100% inspection process before delivery.

At this stage, our QA team carefully checks every detail — from overall appearance and precise dimensions to material integrity and small components — to ensure there are no defects or inconsistencies.

8, On-Time Delivery

Once your order is completed, we promptly arrange for on-time delivery according to your shipping schedule.

If you have a preferred logistics partner, we are happy to coordinate with them. Alternatively, we can arrange shipping through our trusted freight forwarders to ensure reliable and efficient delivery to your destination.
